At our Resort, it is imperative that we stay in constant contact with various departments to give the excellent service our guests have come to expect. I cringed when I started to inventory our broken 2-ways, but GMRS Outlet was so much more helpful than I could ever imagine. We had several radios that were still under warranty and GMRS Outlet fixed them at no charge. They were also honest regarding costly repairs to out of warranty radios, and gave us a FANTASTIC deal on 6 new radios.
