Detailed Return Policy

We have several Detailed Return Policies each covering different product return requirements. All items on our site follow the General Return Policy rules within our Terms & Conditios, with the additon of the Detailed Return Policies outlined below. Each item states which Detail Return Policy applies under the Additional Information Tab on each product listing page. See the Additional Information Tab in the product description to determine which of the following Detailed Product Return Policy applies to the items you are buying. 

Standard Return Policy 

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days 
  • Restocking Fee: 15% may apply (see below for details) 

Products that state "Standard Return Policy" in the item description. Items covered by this policy must be returned to GMRS Outlet within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Any item that is not complete, or not in like-new condition may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If all items are returned, and the item is like new a full refund for the item will be issued. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by GMRS Outlet, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. 

Replacement Only Policy 

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable 
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days 

Products that state "Replacement Return Policy" in the item description, must be returned to GMRS Outlet within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. These items are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued. GMRS Outlet will only replace a product covered under this policy. Genereally this policy exists to cover items that are non-refundable, but arrive DOA (Dead On Arrival). “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by GMRS Outlet, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. 

Software Return Policy 

  • Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unopened) 
  • Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 30 days

Products that state "Software Return Policy". Products covered by this return policy must be unopened for a refund. If the product is defective it will be replaced with the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by GMRS Outlet, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. 

Open Box and/or Refurbished Return Policy 

  • Return for refund within: 15 days 
  • Return for replacement within: non-replaceable 

Products that state "Open Box Return Policy" or "Refurbished Return Policy". Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a refund. GMRS Outlet often sells items that are listed as "open-box" or "refurbished". Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are subject to a limited refund-only return policy. GMRS Outlet cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer must work with the manufacture for repair under the warranty provided as described in the item description. If you purchase an Open-Box or Refurbished product GMRS Outlet guarantees only that you will receive the product itself; and ay accessories items listed in the item discription. Package filling or plastic protective bags MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open-Box and Refurbished products. Such items can only be returned within 15 days of the applicable invoice date.
