Disclaimer

Buyer is responsible for the operation of all radio devices sold by GMRS Outlet in full compliance to FCC rules and regulations. GMRS Outlet LLC is not responsible for misuse of any radio device we sell.

Pricing

Prices are subject to error and if an error is found in your order, you will be contacted via email to approve the pricing change. If permission to process the order is not obtained within 48 hrs the order will be canceled. Any sale pricing or promotions will not be retroactive to past orders.

Coupons

Any GMRS Outlet issued coupons must be used on our web site at the time of ordering or no discount is applied. Request for application of coupons after the sale will be denied. Please do not email us for coupons.

Sales and Specials

In the interest of fairness to all parties, sales start on the announced date and end on the announced date or while supplies last. All sales are subject to end without notice. Sale prices are subject to change and may be subject to error. Any sale pricing or promotions will not be retroactive to previous orders. GMRS Outlet LLC does not offer any sort of price guarantee.

Shipping

Our priority is to ship orders as fast as we possibly can. To help keep prices down, some of our products may be drop shipped direct from manufacturers and wholesale partners.
 
Please understand that we are a small company.  We don't have large warehouses with robots picking orders.  We are not like that popular large online retailer that is able to turn over thousands of orders per hour.  Depending on our order volume shipping times can vary.  Here are our general guidelines for expected shipping times on product from our shop.
 
  • Portable and Mobile Radio products and related accessory items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmed purchase. We bench test every radio we sell; therefore larger orders will take longer to ship than smaller orders.
  • Repeater products generally ship within 5-10 business days of purchase. This delay is to allow for your repeater to be built, configured and tested. All repeaters are custom built, programmed and tested for a full 24 hours before shipping.
  • Custom made or built product take 3-5 business days to ship. Items such as Coax Cable, Repeater Maker Cables, etc. These products are all made to order and tested prior to shipping.
  • Drop Ship items are shipped direct from the manufacturer or wholesale partners typically within 24-48 hours of your order. If there is any delay in providing a drop ship item you will be contacted to discuss the delay and other options. Please don't let this statement discourage you from ordering with us. Many large dealers operate in this manner, most don't disclose it to their customers.
 
First time and/or high value orders may be shipped "Signature Required".  This is to protect both our customers and GMRS Outlet LLC from loss.  Orders that are shipped to a non-billing address will always be shipped "Signature Required".  "Signature Required" means that the driver will require a signature form someone at the delivery location.  Depending on the area of delivery and carrier policy this may include a release signature from a door tag.
 

Payment

All credit cards are charged at the time of order unless an extended delay is expected.
 
By placing an order you agree to all shipping and handling charges in the delivery of your order, including any return shipping changes that may occur.
 

Technical Support and Installation

Although we do our best to provide technical support for our products we DO NOT warranty the installation or proper use of these products. It is up to the purchaser to properly install and use our products. GMRS Outlet LLC is not responsible for damage to person, life or property due to incorrect installation or use of products.

Warranty, Returns and Disputes

These are GMRS Outlet’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the GMRS Outlet website, or over the phone, or any other means of sale.
 
We do offer demo and trial equipment. Help keep our prices low by not relying on our return policy to "try before you buy". We offer demo units free of charge to allow customers to "try before you buy". Please contact us for details on our Demo Program.
 
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting GMRS Outlet through any of the methods provided at http://www.gmrsoutlet.com/index.php/contacts/. Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from GMRS Outlet.
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
 
Mail-In Rebate Policy. Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to GMRS Outlet once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate.
 
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.
 
Combo, Bundle and Kit Specials Combo, Bundle, and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a Combo, Bundle or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable GMRS Outlet Return Policy Period for that individual item. If an individual Combo, Bundle or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle/kit in order to receive a refund. For example: if your combo/bundle/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.
 
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items. If GMRS Outlet no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) GMRS Outlet can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) GMRS Outlet can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
 
Quantity Purchases. While GMRS Outlet is more than happy to fill your order for a large quantity, any order of five (5) or more of any given item (5 or more of a single item) on a single order is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact GMRS Outlet with any questions you may have.
